The TENLIN DC-4030 Vertical Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -40 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. Principle
The device detects the temperature of the medium in the tank through the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor and transmits the signal to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically or manually adjust the heating and refrigeration power (provided by the fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system) for fast and stable temperature control. At the same time, the system has the function of internal and external circulation, which can pump out the thermostatic medium and perform thermostatic control on external devices.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start cooling or heating.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can be carried out, or the external circulation pipeline can be connected.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated environment.
Please inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium as required to avoid dry burning or overflow.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set slightly higher than the temperature required for the experiment.
● When using the external circulation function, please ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
Non-professionals should not change the system lock parameters at will.
Regularly clean and maintain the equipment to ensure good heat dissipation.
If the liquid level protection system is selected, please pay attention to the liquid level limit to avoid triggering the protection shutdown.
