Overview
The TENLIN DC-7006 Vertical Ultra Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -70 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 7.5 liters. Principle
The Thermostatic bath achieves rapid cooling through a built-in fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its core Control system uses a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in the tank and feed the signal back to the intelligent PID temperature control module. The module automatically or manually adjusts the heating and refrigeration power through self-developed algorithms to counteract the heat exchange in the environment, thus accurately stabilizing the liquid temperature in the tank at the set value. Fluctuation can reach +/- 0.05 ° C. At the same time, the system has internal and external circulation functions, which can pump out the thermostatic liquid to provide a thermostatic environment for external equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable, well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of thermostatic medium (such as absoluteethanol) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the large-screen LCD display of the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts to work, and the domestic circulation pump runs at the same time to make the temperature in the tank uniform.
5. When the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment can be started. If external circulation is required, connect the corresponding pipeline.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment and drain or properly dispose of the medium in the tank.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a power supply that meets the requirements.
• The injected thermostatic medium must meet the equipment requirements, and the liquid level should not be too high or too low.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the heat dissipation ventilator.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be higher than the Operating temperature but lower than the boiling point of the medium or the upper limit of equipment safety.
