Overview
The TENLIN DC-7010 Vertical Ultra Low Temperature Thermostatic bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -70 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank Volume of 10L. Principle
The equipment realizes rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The built-in High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor monitors the medium temperature in the tank in real time and transmits the signal to the Control system. The Control system adopts an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically adjust the heating or refrigeration power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, and promotes the uniform temperature in the tank through the internal and external circulation pumps, so as to achieve accurate and stable temperature control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject sufficient and suitable thermostatic medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts working, and the circulating pump runs synchronously.
5. Observe the LCD screen and wait until the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes before starting the experiment.
6. After use, stop the equipment according to the set program, or wait for the automatic shutdown to end.
7. Turn off the power switch and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning or affecting the temperature control effect.
• Do not cover the ventilating port when the device is running, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set within a safe range to play an effective protective role.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• Non-professionals should not change the internal locking parameters of the Control system at will.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to keep it clean.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and store it properly.
