Principle
The equipment achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its core Control system is based on the High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to collect the temperature in the tank, and PID adjustment is carried out through the self-developed intelligent software algorithm. The control parameters are automatically or manually adjusted to drive the heating or cooling unit to work, so as to accurately stabilize the medium temperature in the tank at the set value. The software system can also correct the error of the display temperature, and has safety and control functions such as over-temperature protection and timing.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts to work, and the domestic circulation pump runs simultaneously to ensure uniform temperature in the tank.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, the experiment or test can begin.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the setting program or automatically shut down after the end of the pending time, and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated location away from heat sources.
• Before use, make sure that the medium level in the Tank is appropriate and choose a medium compatible with the Temperature range.
• Do not block the heat sink or the inlet and outlet of the circulating liquid when the equipment is running.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set within a safe range, higher than the Operating temperature but lower than the maximum temperature of the medium and equipment.
• When setting parameters, pay attention to using the software locking function to prevent non-operators from making mistakes.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to keep it clean.
• If external PT100 or external circulation operation is selected, ensure that the connection is correct and the pipeline is unobstructed.
• If not used for a long time, the medium in the tank should be emptied and the equipment should be kept drying.
