Overview
The TENLIN DC-7015 Vertical Thermostatic bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -70 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 15 liters. It uses self-developed temperature control technology, with High Accuracy Temperature Control, Multiple Safety protection and flexible internal and external circulation functions, suitable for all kinds of experiments and tests requiring ultra-low temperature environments.

Principle
The device monitors the medium temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and feeds the signal back to the Control system. The Control system uses an intelligent PID algorithm to automatically or manually adjust the Power output of the heating and cooling system (fully enclosed Compressor) according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve fast and stable temperature control. At the same time, the device drives the medium flow through the internal and external circulation pumps to ensure Temperature uniformity in the tank or in the external circulation pipeline.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts to work, and the domestic circulation pump runs simultaneously.
5. If external circulation is required, start the external circulation function after connecting the external pipeline.
6. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, the experiment can begin.
7. After the experiment is over, stop the device according to the set program or automatically shut down after the pending time is over, and disconnect the power supply.

Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Please select the appropriate medium in the tank according to the experimental requirements.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, ensure that it is reasonable and effective to prevent equipment damage.
• When using the external circulation function, ensure that the pipeline connection is correct and unobstructed.
• Non-professionals should not change the locking parameters of the Control system at will.
• Regularly check the operating status and liquid level of the equipment (if a liquid level protection system is selected).
When an alarm such as over-temperature occurs, the equipment should be checked and troubleshooted in time.
• Before performing maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
