TENLIN DC-8020 Vertical Ultra-low Temperature Thermostatic bath is a precision thermostatic equipment with a Temperature range of -80 ° C to 100 ° C. Principle
The equipment achieves rapid cooling through an efficient fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its core Control system uses a High Accuracy PT100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the medium in the tank and transmit the signal to the intelligent temperature control software. The software automatically or manually adjusts the heating and refrigeration power through the PID algorithm to maintain the stability of the set temperature, and displays the exact temperature value on the large screen. The equipment has both internal and external circulation functions, which can pump out the thermostatic medium in the tank to provide a thermostatic environment for external equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts to work, and the domestic circulation pump runs simultaneously.
5. Observe the temperature value displayed on the large screen and wait until it stabilizes near the set value (Fluctuation +/- 0.05 ° C) before starting the experiment.
6. If you need to use the external circulation function, connect the external pipeline.
7. After the experiment, turn off the device according to the set program or automatically stop and disconnect the power supply after the pending completion.
Notice
Make sure the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
Before use, please inject the appropriate type and sufficient amount of medium into the tank according to the experimental temperature requirements.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set within a safe range to prevent accidents.
● Do not make unauthorized parameter modification when the device is running, so as not to affect the temperature control accuracy.
Pay attention to the maximum load capacity of the equipment and do not overload it.
● Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the ventilating port and circulation pipeline are unblocked.
