Overview
The TENLIN DC-7030 is a vertical ultra-low temperature Thermostatic bath with a Temperature range of -70 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. The equipment uses self-developed temperature control technology, with High Accuracy Temperature Control and multiple Safety protection functions, suitable for various experiments and tests requiring precise low temperature thermostatic environment.

Principle
The equipment is cooled by a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. Its intelligent temperature control system monitors the temperature of the medium in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor and feeds the data back to the Control Unit. The Control Unit uses a PID algorithm to automatically or manually adjust the heating and refrigeration power to maintain the stability of the set temperature, and displays accurate temperature information on the LCD screen. The equipment also has internal and external circulation pumps, which can circulate static thermomedium to external equipment for a wider range of applications.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature, over-temperature alarm temperature and timing duration through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and the refrigeration/heating system starts working.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, the experiment or test can begin.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
Please ensure that the medium level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
Do not make any irrelevant mistakes while the device is running.
● Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm prompt of the equipment and deal with it in time.
● Regularly check the operating status of the equipment and whether the Safety protection function is normal.
