Principle
The device quickly reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through an efficient fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The intelligent temperature control system monitors the temperature in real time with the High Accuracy PT100 Sensor, and automatically adjusts the heating and refrigeration power through the PID algorithm to maintain the set target temperature, ensuring uniform and stable temperature in the tank. Fluctuation is small.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of thermostatic medium to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the control panel.
4. Start operation, and the equipment starts to cool or heat to the set temperature.
5. The experimental sample can be placed in the tank or connected to the external circulation pipeline for thermostatic treatment.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the equipment, remove the sample, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
● Before use, make sure that the liquid level of the added medium is appropriate and meets the requirements of Temperature range.
Do not cover the ventilating port or block the circulation line when the equipment is running.
● When setting the temperature, do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (-70 ℃ to 100 ℃).
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but users still need to check the operating status regularly.
Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment without authorization.
