Overview
TENLIN BD-4010 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -40 ° C to 100 ° C. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor unit for cooling, and with the self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, it can achieve high-stability temperature control. Temperature resolution up to 0.001 ° C and Fluctuation up to +/- 005-0.01 ° C.

Principle
The equipment works together through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system to realize the temperature rise and decrease of the medium in the tank. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, so that the temperature in the tank quickly reaches and stabilizes at the set value. The circulating pump drives the medium to flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start cooling or heating.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and maintain it properly.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and add a sufficient amount of suitable heat transfer medium.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no liquid or insufficient liquid in the tank to prevent dry burning and damage to the equipment.
• Do not touch the heat dissipation part of the refrigeration system for a period of time after the equipment is running and shut down to prevent burns or frostbite.
When setting the alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure that the equipment operates within a safe range.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to turn off the power and wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment away from heat sources and flammable and explosive materials.
