Overview
TENLIN BD-0515 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5~ 100 ° C, with a Tank volume of 15L and a depth of 200mm. The device uses Air-Cooled hermetic Compressor refrigeration and a High Accuracy Temperature Control system to provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power for rapid cooling and stable temperature control. Its circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures uniform heat transfer, thus establishing a constant low temperature field inside or outside the Tank.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run and reach the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
• When adding medium to the Tank, use the liquid suitable for the equipment and meet the requirements, and pay attention to the liquid level.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the equipment calibration -5~ 100 ℃ working interval.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure the normal heat dissipation of the refrigeration system.
• Pay attention to the multiple alarm and protection functions of the equipment. In case of over-temperature alarm, please check the setting parameters and operating status.
• Regular equipment maintenance and cleaning to maintain optimum performance and service life.
