TENLIN BD-1015 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -10 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 15L. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide laboratories with a highly uniform and stable thermostatic environment.

Principle
The device uses a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system to reduce the temperature of the medium in the tank, and uses a High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor to monitor the temperature in real time. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, with an efficient domestic circulation mixing system, the liquid temperature in the Tank can quickly reach the set value and maintain a high degree of uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5, start operation, the equipment will automatically cool/heat to the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The medium added to the Tank must meet the equipment requirements, and the liquid level must be within a reasonable range.
• Do not cover the ventilating port or block the circulation line when the equipment is running.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, a reasonable upper and lower limit should be set to ensure safety.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If there is an alarm or abnormal situation, you should immediately stop the machine for inspection or contact a professional.
