Overview
TENLIN BD-2015 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -20 ° C to 100 ° C. It is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor, equipped with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, which provides a highly uniform and stable temperature environment for various experiments requiring precise temperature control.

Principle
The device works in tandem with a Compressor refrigeration system and an electric heating system for precise temperature control. The Control system adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm based on the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor. Its domestic circulation system keeps the liquid in the Tank flowing continuously, ensuring a high degree of temperature uniformity throughout the tank, resulting in a High Accuracy thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters (such as the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration or heating system starts to work, and the domestic circulation pump starts at the same time.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can begin.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and drain or retain the liquid in the tank as needed.

Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
• Please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is within a safe range before use.
• Do not use flammable, explosive or corrosive liquids as a medium in the tank.
When setting the alarm temperature, it is necessary to set the upper and lower limits reasonably to ensure safety.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to power off the equipment.
