Overview
TENLIN BD-3015 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 15L. It uses advanced Control system and refrigeration technology to provide a high Stability and uniformity temperature environment, suitable for various experiments and tests requiring precise temperature control.

Principle
Through its Control system, the device monitors the temperature of the liquid in the tank based on the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor, and uses self-developed software algorithms for P.I.D regulation to control the Power output of the Compressor cooling or heating elements for fast and accurate cooling or warming. The domestic circulation pump continuously agitates the liquid in the Tank, ensuring a high degree of uniformity in temperature distribution. When the external circulation is turned on, the thermostatic liquid in the tank can be pumped to the outside to provide a thermostatic environment or cold source for Miscellaneous equipment or containers.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run until it reaches the set temperature and remains stable.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is suitable to avoid dry burning.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• When the equipment alarms, please identify the cause and troubleshoot before using it.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the tank body to keep the ventilated port open.
