Overview
TENLIN BD-1020 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -10~ 100 ° C. It is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor, and is equipped with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor. The Tank volume is 20L and the depth is 300mm. It is designed to provide a stable, uniform and High Accuracy temperature environment.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve rapid cooling and precise temperature control. The equipment continuously stirres the liquid in the Tank through the domestic circulation pump to ensure a high degree of uniformity and stability of the temperature in the entire tank.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters (e.g. alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and circulation systems start working.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, the experiment or test can begin.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.

Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
