Overview
TENLIN BD-2020 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a wide range of temperature control and high accuracy. It uses an advanced refrigeration and Control system to provide a stable and uniform low or high temperature environment, suitable for various experiments and tests with precise temperature requirements.

Principle
The device uses a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system to reduce the temperature of the medium in the tank and heats up through the heating system. Its core Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration and Heating power to achieve fast set temperature and maintain high stability. The domestic circulation pump promotes the continuous circulation of liquid in the tank to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the running button, the equipment starts to cool or heat, and the domestic circulation works synchronously.
5. When the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment or Sample Handling can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, make sure that the medium level in the Tank is sufficient, and choose the medium that matches the Temperature range.
• Do not block the entry and exit trends when the device is running, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to protect the safety of experimental samples and equipment.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to power off the equipment.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and keep the equipment drying.
