Overview
TENLIN BD-0530 is a High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath with a Temperature range of -5~ 100 ° C, Temperature resolution up to 0.001 ° C, and Temperature Fluctuation up to +/- 005-0.01 ° C. The equipment is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor, equipped with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor to ensure fast stability and precise temperature control. With a Tank volume of 30L and a depth of 230mm, it is suitable for various experiments and tests that require a High Accuracy thermostatic environment.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system adjusts the P.I.D according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor through a self-developed software algorithm to precisely control the Power output of the heating or cooling unit, so as to achieve a fast and highly stable target temperature. Its domestic circulation system continuously stirs the liquid in the Tank to ensure the uniformity of the temperature field throughout the tank.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank, and the liquid level should reach the required depth.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the running button, the equipment starts to work, the refrigeration/heating system and the circulation system start-up.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, the experiment or sample thermostatic treatment can be carried out.
6. After use, power off the device and clean the tank as needed.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• The medium injected into the Tank must meet the requirements, and the liquid level should not be too high or too low.
Do not move or tilt the device while it is running.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment. If any abnormal noise or alarm is found, it should be promptly shut down for inspection.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
