Overview
The TENLIN BD-1030 is a High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath with a Temperature range of -10 to 100 ° C, Temperature resolution up to 0.001 ° C, and Temperature Fluctuation up to +/- 0.005 to 0.01 ° C. The device has a Tank volume of 30L, uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, and is equipped with an internal and external circulation system to provide a stable and uniform temperature field.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath is cooled by an Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system adjusts the P.I.D according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor through self-developed software algorithms, and precisely controls the Power output of the heating or cooling unit to achieve rapid achievement and stable maintenance of the target temperature. Its circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures a high degree of uniformity in the temperature of the working medium (liquid).

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically cool/heat to the set temperature and maintain stability.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
• When adding medium to the Tank, do not exceed the maximum liquid level.
• Please select the appropriate circulation method (domestic circulation or external circulation) according to the experimental requirements before use.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt. In case of over-temperature alarm, please deal with it in time.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
