Overview
TENLIN GDH-2006 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -20~ 100 ° C. Its Tank volume is 6L, using domestic circulation mode, with High Accuracy Temperature Control Capability, Temperature resolution can reach 0.001 ° C, Temperature Fluctuation can reach +/- 0.005~ 0.02 ° C.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath adjusts the temperature of the medium in the Tank through a refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor unit) and a heating system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely control the output of the refrigeration and Heating power to achieve the set temperature quickly and maintain a high degree of stability. The domestic circulation system continuously stirs the liquid in the Tank to ensure a high degree of uniformity in temperature distribution.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters (e.g. P.I.D value, alarm temperature, etc.) through the large LCD control panel.
4, start operation, the equipment starts cooling or heating, and the domestic circulation pump works at the same time.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment or sample is thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the power and clean the tank.

Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Select the appropriate circulating medium according to the Temperature range.
• During operation, do not block the entry and exit trends of the equipment.
