Overview
TENLIN GDH-1010 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -10 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 10L. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide laboratories with high Stability and high uniformity in low temperature or thermostatic environments.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor and feeds the data back to the control instrument. The meter precisely adjusts the output power of the refrigeration system through the P.I.D algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, combined with the efficient domestic circulation stirring system, the liquid temperature in the Tank quickly reaches the set value and remains highly uniform and stable.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply of the device and turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the refrigeration and circulation system, and the equipment starts working.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the liquid level in the Tank is at an appropriate height to avoid dry burning or overflow.
• Please use the medium specified by the equipment that meets the Temperature range, and do not use flammable, explosive or corrosive liquids.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• During operation, do not block the entry and exit trend of the device to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• When the over-temperature alarm is triggered, please check the set parameters and the running status of the equipment immediately, and then continue to use it after troubleshooting.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment themselves, especially the refrigeration system and electrical parts.
