Overview
TENLIN GDH-4010 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -40~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 10L. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, combined with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, designed to provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for experiments and test scenarios with high temperature accuracy requirements.

5. Adopting a high-end large LCD control instrument, it is easy to operate and supports automatic search or manual adjustment of P.I.D. parameters.
6. With accurate temperature correction function, the correction accuracy can reach 0.01 ℃, and the maximum Temperature Fluctuation can reach +/- 005-0.01 ℃ (depending on the model).
Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the PID algorithm according to the signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor to achieve rapid cooling and accurate temperature control. The domestic circulation system continuously stirres the liquid in the tank to ensure a high degree of uniformity and stability of temperature throughout the working area.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and circulation systems begin to operate.
5. The equipment runs automatically, reaching the set temperature and maintaining stability before the experiment or test can begin.
Notice
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
Do not move or tilt the device while it is running.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• When the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot in time.
• Regularly clean the equipment and keep the ventilator open.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
