Overview
TENLIN GDH-0515 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 15L. The equipment uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide laboratories with a uniform, stable and High Accuracy thermostatic environment.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor and uses the PID algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve the set temperature quickly and maintain a high degree of stability. Its internal and external circulation pumps ensure uniform temperature in the tank or draw out the thermostatic medium to provide a stable temperature field for external experimental equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (such as silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank, and the liquid level must exceed the minimum requirements.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will run automatically, reaching and stabilizing the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated place without direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
• Before use, make sure that the medium in the Tank is sufficient and choose a medium compatible with the Temperature range.
• Do not activate the heating or cooling function when there is no liquid or insufficient liquid in the tank to prevent damage to the equipment.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the over-temperature alarm temperature, and regularly check whether the alarm function is normal.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the tank and keep the equipment drying.
