Overview
TENLIN GDH-4015 is a High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath with a Temperature range of -40 to 100 ° C and a Tank Volume of 15L. The equipment uses advanced Control systems and refrigeration technology to provide an accurate and stable temperature environment.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the liquid in the tank through the Compressor refrigeration system, and is monitored and adjusted in real time by the High Accuracy Temperature Control system (based on the Pt100 Sensor and dedicated software). Temperature uniformity is ensured by the continuous circulation of the liquid in the tank through the domestic circulation pump; the external circulation function can lead out the thermostatic liquid, provide a cold source for the external experimental vessel or establish an extended thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or ethanol) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run and reach the set temperature.
6. After use, power off the device and clean the tank.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, make sure that the liquid level in the Tank is at an appropriate height to avoid dry burning.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm to prevent leakage.
• Regularly check the operating status of the refrigeration system and circulating pump.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning to avoid liquid entering the control panel or electrical parts.
