Overview
TENLIN GDH-0520 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Tank volume of 20L with a Temperature range of -5 ° C to 100 ° C. The device uses advanced control and cooling technology to provide a high Stability, high uniformity thermostatic environment for laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath controls the temperature of the medium in the tank through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating system. The High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the medium in real time and feeds back the signal to the microcomputer Control system. The Control system precisely adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the circulating pump drives the medium to flow continuously in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to ensure that the entire temperature field quickly reaches the set temperature and remains highly uniform and stable.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start the cooling or heating cycle.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experiment or Sample Handling can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and drain or save the media in the tank as needed.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and add a sufficient amount of suitable circulating medium.
Do not start the heating or circulation pump when there is no liquid in the tank or the medium level is too low.
• Do not touch the heat dissipation part for a period of time after the equipment is running and shut down to prevent burns or frostbite.
When setting the alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure that the over-temperature protection function is effective.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and ventilating port to maintain good heat dissipation.
Before moving or repairing equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
