Overview
TENLIN GDH-1020 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -10 ° C to 100 ° C. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor for refrigeration, combined with the self-developed Control system and internal and external circulation system, to provide a uniform temperature and highly stable thermostatic environment, suitable for various experiments and tests with high temperature accuracy requirements.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve fast and stable temperature control. Its inner and outer circulation systems can be used to maintain uniform temperature in the tank or provide thermostatic liquid for external experimental equipment, respectively, to achieve accurate thermostatic environment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and required parameters (such as the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device, and the system will automatically operate and precisely control the temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The medium injected into the Tank must meet the equipment requirements, and the liquid level must be within a reasonable range.
• Do not block the liquid inlet and outlet or cover the heat dissipation part when the equipment is running.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature, and pay attention to the alarm prompt when the equipment is running.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to power off the equipment.
• If not used for a long time, it is recommended to empty the liquid in the Tank.
