Overview
TENLIN GDH-3020 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 20L. It uses advanced Control system and refrigeration technology to provide a low temperature thermostatic environment with high Stability and high uniformity, suitable for experiments and test scenarios with high temperature accuracy requirements.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath achieves rapid cooling through its refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor unit). The Control system monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the PID algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to maintain the set temperature. The circulating pump drives the working medium (liquid) to continuously flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or through external circulation (external circulation), ensuring a high degree of uniformity and stability throughout the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and PID parameters through the large LCD control panel (or use the automatic search function).
4. Start the refrigeration and circulation system, and the equipment starts working.
5. When the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, experiments or tests can be conducted.
6. After use, turn off the refrigeration and circulation systems, and then turn off the power switch.
Notice
Equipment should be located in a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
When adding medium to the tank, ensure that the liquid level is within a reasonable range to avoid overfilling or underfilling.
• Please use the specified or compatible working medium of the device and avoid the use of corrosion liquids.
• During operation, do not block the entry and exit trend of the device to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• When connecting the external circulation, ensure that the external pipeline is smooth and well sealed.
• If the equipment alarms, please check the setting parameters and operating environment according to the alarm information (such as overtemperature), and then use it after troubleshooting.
• When not in use for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and keep the equipment clean and drying.
