Overview
TENLIN GDH-2030 High Accuracy Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -20 ° C to 100 ° C. Its Tank volume is 30L, and it is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor. With the self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, it can provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and feeds the data back to the control instrument. The meter uses the P.I.D control algorithm to precisely adjust the output power of the refrigeration system according to the difference between the set target temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the liquid in the Tank is continuously stirred through the domestic circulation pump to ensure a high degree of uniformity and stability of the temperature, so as to achieve accurate thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank, and the liquid level should reach the specified height.
3. Turn on the power switch, control the meter to power on and display the current temperature.
4. Set the required thermostatic target temperature and over-temperature alarm temperature through the control panel.
5. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
6. Start the equipment, the refrigeration system and the circulation system start to work, and the equipment automatically runs to the set temperature and remains thermostatic.
7. After the experiment is completed, first stop the operation of the equipment and then turn off the power switch.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas, away from heat sources environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the type and liquid level of the medium in the Tank meet the requirements.
• Do not start the device with no or insufficient media in the slot.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set within a reasonable safety range.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good heat dissipation.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the Tank and keep the equipment drying.
