Overview
The TENLIN DCW-2006 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -20 to 100 ° C. It is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor, equipped with a High Accuracy Control system and an internal and external circulation system. It provides a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for temperature control needs in laboratories and industries.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power for rapid cooling and stable temperature control. Its circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures that the liquid temperature in the Tank or the external connection system is evenly distributed.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters (such as the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5, start the operation, the equipment starts to cool/heat to the set temperature and keep the thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The medium added to the Tank must meet the equipment requirements, and the liquid level must be within a reasonable range.
• The set temperature must not exceed the rated Temperature range of the equipment (-20~ 100 ℃).
• Pay attention to the alarm prompt of the equipment protection system, and deal with abnormal situations such as overtemperature in time.
• Regular equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure stable performance.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal components of the equipment by themselves.
