Overview
The TENLIN DCW-3006 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30 ° C to 100 ° C. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor unit, combined with the self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, to provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for various experiments and tests that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through a refrigeration system (fully enclosed Compressor unit). The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The domestic circulation system allows the liquid in the tank to flow continuously to ensure uniform temperature; the external circulation function can lead out the thermostatic liquid to provide a cold source for the external experimental vessel or establish an extended thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. ethanol, silicone oil, etc.) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment and the refrigeration system starts working until the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a stable, well-ventilated position, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• When adding media to the Tank, do not exceed the maximum volume and make sure to use media that is compatible with the Temperature range.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the connecting pipeline is open and well sealed.
• When the equipment alarms (such as overheating), please check and troubleshoot it in time before using it.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and avoid liquids from entering the electrical part.
