Overview
TENLIN DCW-2008 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -20~ 100 ° C. It features a horizontal design with a Tank volume of 8L and an internal and external circulation system, providing a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment. Principle
The device precisely adjusts the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system, combined with the High Accuracy temperature sensor (Pt100) and the intelligent PID control algorithm. Its circulating pump drives the medium to flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to ensure the rapid and uniform transfer of heat, so as to achieve the rapid achievement of the target temperature and long-term stability.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and start running.
6. After running, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Before use, please ensure that the medium level in the Tank is appropriate.
• Please use a power supply that meets the requirements of the equipment and ensure good grounding.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure ventilated heat dissipation.
When setting the alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the liquid in the Tank and store it properly.
