The TENLIN DCW-3008 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -30 ° C to 100 ° C. Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve rapid cooling and accurate temperature control. The circulating pump drives the working medium to flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to ensure a highly uniform and stable temperature throughout the thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and circulation systems begin to operate.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, experiments or Sample Handling can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
• Do not block the liquid inlet and outlet when the equipment is running to ensure smooth circulation.
• Pay attention to the power requirements on the equipment nameplate and connect the power supply correctly.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature, and pay attention to the operating status of the equipment. In case of an alarm, it needs to be dealt with in time.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment to ensure normal heat dissipation.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply of the equipment.
