Overview
The TENLIN DCW-4008 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -40 ° C to 100 ° C. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration, and is equipped with a High Accuracy Control system and an internal and external circulation system. It can provide a stable and uniform temperature environment for various experiments and tests that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusts the refrigeration power using the P.I.D algorithm for fast and stable temperature control. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures Temperature uniformity in the Tank or external connection system.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. The equipment starts to work and can be used after reaching the set temperature and stabilizing.
6. After use, turn off the power, empty or properly dispose of the working medium.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
• Do not cover the ventilating port or block the cooling channel when the device is running.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, ensure that it is within a safe range.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• When connecting an external circulation pipeline, make sure the connection is firm and leak-free.
