Overview
TENLIN DCW-2010 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -20~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 10L. It uses advanced control and cooling technology to provide a stable, uniform and controllable low temperature thermostatic environment for laboratories.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the PID algorithm according to the real-time temperature detected by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve rapid cooling and accurate temperature control. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) promotes the flow of the working medium and ensures a high uniformity of the entire temperature field.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of suitable medium to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and circulation systems begin to operate.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, experiments or Sample Handling can be carried out.
6. After use, power off the device and drain or clean the tank as needed.
Notice
• Please use a power supply that meets the requirements of the equipment and ensure good grounding.
• The added working medium should be appropriate, should not exceed the maximum volume, and ensure that its freezing point is lower than the minimum Operating temperature of the equipment.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation.
When setting the alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to give full play to the protection function.
Before moving or cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If not used for a long time, it is recommended to empty the liquid in the Tank and keep it drying.
