Overview
The TENLIN DCW-3010 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30 ° C to 100 ° C. It is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor, equipped with a High Accuracy Control system and a large LCD control instrument. The Tank volume is 10 liters, suitable for experiments and tests that require a stable, uniform low temperature or thermostatic environment.

Principle
The device works in tandem with the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system to achieve precise temperature control. Its Control system monitors the temperature of the liquid in the tank in real time through the Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusts the refrigeration or Heating power using the P.I.D. algorithm. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) prompts the working medium (liquid) to flow in the tank or with the external container, ensuring that the heat is transferred quickly and evenly, so that the set target temperature is reached and maintained.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, the refrigeration/heating system starts working, and the circulating pump runs.
6. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, it can be experimented or tested.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• When adding media to the Tank, do not exceed the maximum volume and make sure to use media that is compatible with the Temperature range.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank to prevent dry burning and damage to the equipment.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature, and pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt, which will automatically protect when it exceeds the temperature.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and tank body to maintain cleanliness.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and disconnect the power supply.
