Overview
The TENLIN DCW-0515 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Tank volume of 15 liters with a Temperature range of -5 ° C to 100 ° C. The equipment is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled hermetic Compressor, and combined with the self-developed High Accuracy Temperature Control system, it can provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for various experiments and tests that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and feeds the signal back to the microprocessor. The microprocessor precisely adjusts the output power of the refrigeration system through the P.I.D algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve fast and stable control of the temperature in the Tank. The circulation pump drives the medium to flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (circulation external) to ensure the uniformity of the temperature throughout the thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (such as silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank, and the liquid level must meet the requirements for use.
3. Turn on the power switch, and the control panel display will light up.
4. Set the required temperature value and Miscellaneous parameters (e.g. alarm temperature) through the control panel.
5. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
6. Press the run button, the equipment starts to work, and the Compressor and circulating pump start.
7. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, it can be experimented or tested.
8. After use, turn off the power supply of the device and unplug the power plug.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, direct sunlight, away from heat sources.
• The medium added to the Tank must meet the equipment requirements, and the liquid level cannot be too high or too low.
• Power supply voltage is consistent with equipment Rated voltage and reliable grounding.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• It is forbidden to start the heating or cooling function when there is no liquid or insufficient liquid in the tank.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the external pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
When the equipment is alarmed, the cause should be identified and troubleshooted before use.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the heat dissipation filter to keep it clean.
• When not in use for a long time, the liquid in the Tank should be emptied and stored properly.
