Overview
The TENLIN DCW-1015 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Tank volume of 15 liters with a Temperature range of -10 ° C to 100 ° C. The equipment is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled hermetic Compressor, combined with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, to provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for temperature control needs in laboratories and industries.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor and feeds the data back to the microprocessor. The microprocessor uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the output power of the refrigeration system according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The circulating pump drives the working medium to flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to ensure the uniformity of the entire temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. ethanol, silicone oil, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and circulation systems start working until the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and drain or properly dispose of the working medium.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-direct sunlight, away from heat sources.
The level of the added working medium should be within the specified range and should not be too full or too low.
• Power supply voltage meets equipment requirements and is reliably grounded.
• During operation, do not turn on and off the machine frequently or change the set temperature rapidly.
• The equipment has an alarm function. If there is an alarm such as overtemperature, please check and troubleshoot in time.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the tank body to keep the heat dissipation hole unobstructed.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
