TENLIN DCW-3015 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -30 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 15L. The device adopts advanced temperature control technology and has an internal and external circulation system, which can provide a High Accuracy and High Stability thermostatic environment. Principle
The device monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system combined with the High Accuracy temperature sensor (Pt100). The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the refrigeration or Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, and drives the liquid for domestic circulation or external circulation through the circulation pump, so as to achieve fast, accurate and stable control of the temperature in the tank.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run until it reaches the set temperature and remains stable.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• The injected heat transfer medium level should be within a reasonable range to avoid too little or overflow.
• Before using it for the first time or using it again after a long time, it is recommended to perform a no-load practice run.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature and ensure that the over-temperature protection function is enabled normally.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the external connection pipeline is smooth and well sealed.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not turn it on and off frequently or change the set temperature drastically.
• Regularly clean the surface of the equipment and the tank body to keep the heat dissipation hole open.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
