Overview
The TENLIN DCW-4015 horizontal Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -40 ° C to 100 ° C. It is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor, equipped with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, combined with an internal and external circulation system, to provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for temperature-related testing and experiments in laboratories and industrial fields.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve fast and stable temperature control. Its circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures Temperature uniformity in the Tank or external connection system.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and connection of the equipment to ensure that the medium level in the Tank is appropriate.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and necessary alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
3. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
4. Start the equipment, the refrigeration and Control system starts to work until the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes.
5. After use, shut down the equipment according to the procedures and perform necessary cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements and ensure that the grounding is good.
• The medium in the tank needs to select the appropriate liquid according to the Temperature range and keep the appropriate amount.
• Do not block the entry and exit trends during operation, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the over-temperature alarm, and regularly check whether the protection function is normal.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• When connecting an external circulation pipeline, make sure the connection is firm and leak-free.
