Overview
The TENLIN HX-0508 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 8L. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor unit for cooling, and with the self-developed Control system and internal and external circulation system, it can provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for various experimental and production scenarios that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve the set target temperature. The circulating pump drives the medium for domestic circulation to make the temperature in the tank uniform; or for external circulation, the thermostatic medium is drawn out to provide a thermostatic environment or cold source for external equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, ethanol, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters (such as the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run and reach the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
• Before use, make sure that the medium level in the Tank is appropriate and choose a medium compatible with the Temperature range.
• Do not cover the ventilating port when the device is running, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• Pay attention to the over-temperature alarm value set by the device to ensure that it is within the safe range.
The equipment has a protective function. If there are frequent alarms or shutdowns, please check the cause of the failure and contact a professional if necessary.
