Overview
The TENLIN HX-4008 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Tank volume of 8L with a Temperature range of -40 ° C to 100 ° C. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system to provide a stable, uniform low temperature or thermostatic environment for all types of experimental and production processes that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The equipment reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve the set target temperature. The circulating pump drives the medium to flow in the inner circulation line to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; or the thermostatic medium is pumped to the external equipment through the external circulation interface for heat exchange.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm temperature upper and lower limits through the large LCD control panel.
4. Select domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed. If using external circulation, please connect the external pipeline correctly.
5. Start the refrigeration and circulation system, and the equipment starts working.
6. After the operation, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Power supply voltage specified by the equipment and ensure good grounding.
• The injected working medium must meet the requirements, and the liquid level should be within the specified range.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure ventilated heat dissipation.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• If the device alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the prompt information before using it.
• Regularly maintain the equipment and clean the filtrating net and other components.
