Overview
The TENLIN HX-1010 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -10 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank Volume of 10L. Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium inside the Tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor monitors the temperature in real time and feeds the signal back to the Control system based on dedicated software. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm to achieve the set target temperature. The circulation pump drives the medium to flow in the inner circulation line to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; or the thermostatic medium is pumped to an external device through the external circulation interface for heat exchange.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature, alarm temperature, and other parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed. If using external circulation, connect the external pipeline correctly.
5. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and circulation system starts to work.
6. Once the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, it can be used in experiments or production processes.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the medium level in the Tank is appropriate and choose a medium compatible with the Temperature range.
The equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• Do not cover the ventilating port or block the cooling channel when the device is running.
When setting the alarm temperature, it should be set within a reasonable safety range.
