Overview
The TENLIN HX-0515 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Tank volume of 15L with a Temperature range of -5 ° C to 100 ° C. Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve rapid cooling and stable temperature control. The circulating pump drives the working medium to flow in the inner circulation pipeline to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; when the external circulation is turned on, the thermostatic medium can be pumped to the external device to achieve remote thermostatic or chill down.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Select domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed. If using external circulation, connect the inlet and outlet pipes.
5. Start the equipment, the refrigeration system and the circulating pump start working, and the equipment will automatically run to the set temperature and maintain stability.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and disconnect the external connection.

Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
