Overview
The TENLIN HX-3015 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -30 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank Volume of 15L. The device is cooled by an Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor and is equipped with a High Accuracy Temperature Control system and an internal and external circulation system. Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time and transmits the signal to the Control system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the deviation between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The circulating pump drives the medium for domestic circulation to make the temperature in the tank uniform; or for external circulation, the thermostatic medium is exported to provide a thermostatic environment or cold source for external equipment.

Steps
1. Check whether the power supply and circulation pipeline connections of the equipment are normal.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required temperature and operating parameters through the large LCD control panel.
5. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
6. Start the equipment, start cooling/heating and cycling.
7. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures and disconnect the power supply.
