Overview
The TENLIN HX-020 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of 0-100 ° C and a Tank volume of 20L. It uses Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration and is equipped with an internal and external circulation system to provide a stable, uniform thermostatic field or cold source for laboratory or production environments.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve rapid cooling and stable temperature control. The circulating pump drives the medium for domestic circulation to make the temperature in the tank uniform; or for external circulation, the thermostatic medium is drawn out to provide a thermostatic environment or chill down for external equipment.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm temperature parameters through the control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment and start refrigeration or thermostatic operation.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and maintain it properly.

The injected heat transfer medium level should be within the specified range and should not be too full.
• The equipment should be well ventilated during operation to avoid blocking the heat dissipation port.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature and regularly check whether the alarm function is normal.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• When the equipment is not used for a long time, the medium in the Tank should be emptied and kept drying.
