Overview
The TENLIN HX-1020 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a 20L thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -10 ° C to 100 ° C. It is cooled by an Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor and is equipped with an internal and external circulation system to provide a stable and uniform temperature field for experimental and production environments that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The equipment reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power to achieve the set target temperature. The circulating pump drives the medium for domestic circulation to make the temperature in the tank uniform; or for external circulation, the thermostatic medium is drawn out to provide a thermostatic environment or cold source for external equipment.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment and start the cooling or heating cycle.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
Do not block the inlet and outlet of the circulating pump while the equipment is running.
• Set the over-temperature alarm value to ensure the safety of the experiment.
