Overview
The TENLIN HX-4020 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Tank volume of 20L with a Temperature range of -40 ° C to 100 ° C. It uses Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor cooling, combined with the self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, to provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, and can meet the needs of different experimental scenarios through internal/external circulation systems.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to achieve rapid cooling and accurate temperature control. The circulating pump drives the medium to flow within the system (domestic circulation) or between the system and external devices (external circulation) to ensure uniform heat exchange, thus maintaining a highly stable set temperature.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm temperature upper and lower limits through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, the system starts to run, and the Compressor, circulating pump, etc. work to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
6. After the experiment, turn off the power of the device and disconnect the power connection.
Notice
• Make sure the liquid level in the Tank is at an appropriate height before use.
• Do not use this equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends and ensure that it is well ventilated.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
When setting the alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to give full play to the protection function.
• When the equipment has an over-temperature alarm, please check and troubleshoot in time.
