Overview
The TENLIN HX-030 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of 0-100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. It is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor and is equipped with a self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, which can achieve accurate temperature control. Temperature resolution is 0.01 ° C and Temperature Fluctuation is +/- 0.05 ° C. The device supports both domestic circulation and external circulation modes. During external circulation, the thermostatic liquid in the tank can be drawn out to establish a second thermostatic field or be used as a cold source.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor and feeds the signal back to the Control Unit. The Control Unit adjusts the output power of the refrigeration system through the P.I.D algorithm according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, so as to achieve accurate temperature control. The circulating pump promotes the flow of the working medium in the system, and the domestic circulation mode ensures the uniform temperature in the tank. The external circulation mode pumps the thermostatic medium to the external device through the pipeline for heat exchange or to establish an extended thermostatic environment.
