Overview
The TENLIN HX-0530 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -5 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank Volume of 30L. The device combines refrigeration, circulation and precise temperature control to provide a stable and uniform thermostatic environment for laboratory or industrial applications.
Features
1. Low Noise Air-Cooled Fully Enclosed Compressor Unit, Fast Cooling Speed and Strong Temperature Stability.
2. Equipped with self-developed special software and High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor, combined with all imported electronic components, to achieve accurate temperature control.
3. Two modes of domestic circulation and external circulation are available. Domestic circulation ensures that the temperature of the liquid in the tank is highly uniform and stable; external circulation can lead out the thermostatic liquid in the tank to establish a second thermostatic field or provide a cold source for the external experimental vessel.
4. Safety protection system, including Compressor overheating and overcurrent protection, Control system over-temperature sound and light alarm, over-temperature automatic load cutting and other functions.
5. Adopting a high-end large LCD control instrument, it is easy to operate and supports automatic search or manual adjustment of P.I.D. parameters.

Principle
The equipment reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and adjusts the refrigeration power using the P.I.D algorithm to achieve fast and stable temperature control. The circulating pump drives the medium to flow in the inner circulation pipeline to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; or through the external circulation interface, the thermostatic medium is transported to the external equipment for heat exchange.

Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (e.g. alarm temperature) through the control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, start cooling/heating and cycling.
6. Once the equipment reaches the set temperature and is stable, it can be used for experimentation or production.
7. After use, turn off the power of the device.
Notice
Make sure the equipment is used in a well-ventilated environment.
When adding media, the liquid level should be within the specified range to avoid being too high or too low.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• The equipment is equipped with over-temperature protection, please check and troubleshoot in time when alarming.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and ventilating port to maintain good heat dissipation.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
