Overview
The TENLIN HX-4030 cryogenic thermostatic circulator is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of -40 ° C to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. The device uses a low-noise Air-Cooled hermetic Compressor refrigeration, and with the self-developed Control system and High Accuracy Sensor, it can provide a stable and uniform low temperature thermostatic environment, suitable for a variety of experimental and production scenarios that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the medium in the Tank through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusts the refrigeration power based on the P.I.D algorithm to achieve the set target temperature. The circulation system ensures the uniformity and Stability of the temperature field by driving the medium within the Tank (domestic circulation) or between the Tank and external devices (external circulation) through the built-in pump.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
3. Set the required target temperature and alarm parameters through the control panel.
4. Select the domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed, and connect the external circulation pipeline (if external circulation is used).
5. Start the equipment, and the refrigeration and circulation systems start working.
6. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, it can be used for experiments or production operations.
7. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank meets the requirements before use.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• Do not cover the ventilating port or block the cooling channel when the device is running.
When setting the alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• When the equipment has an over-temperature alarm, please check the cause in time and troubleshoot.
• Regularly maintain the equipment, clean the radiator and filtrate the net.
