Overview
The TENLIN SC-6 High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration and High Accuracy Control system. With a Tank volume of 7.5L and a Temperature range from room temperature to 100 ° C, Temperature Fluctuation up to +/- 0.03 ° C and Temperature resolution up to 0.01 ° C, it is suitable for experimental and test environments requiring High Accuracy Temperature Control.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath reduces the temperature of the liquid in the tank through the Compressor refrigeration system and uses the heating system to heat up. The High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor monitors the temperature in real time, and the Control system precisely adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value. The built-in circulation pump promotes the liquid for domestic circulation, so that the temperature in the tank is uniform; when the external circulation is turned on, the thermostatic liquid can be drawn out, providing a stable temperature environment for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and alarm temperature upper and lower limits through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, and the system will automatically run cooling or heating until it reaches the set temperature and remains stable.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• The injected heat transfer medium liquid level must meet the requirements to avoid dry burning or overflow.
Do not move or tilt the device while it is running.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment into the trend and heat dissipation parts to ensure good heat dissipation.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connections are firm and leak-free.
• If there is an abnormal situation such as over-temperature alarm, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and then used after troubleshooting.
