Overview
The TENLIN SC-6A High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature controlled device with a Tank volume of 7.5L with a Temperature range from Room Temperature to 200 ° C. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide a stable, uniform temperature environment for laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses a built-in Compressor refrigeration system and an electric heating system to monitor the temperature in real time with a High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the cooling or Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature. Its circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) prompts the constant flow of media (such as liquids) within the Tank to achieve rapid heat exchange and a high degree of uniformity and stability throughout the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically cool/heat until it reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a power supply that meets the requirements.
• When adding medium to the tank, ensure that the liquid level is within a safe range to avoid dry burning or overflow.
• During operation, do not block the entry and exit trend of the device to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• The device has an over-temperature alarm function, please do not disable it at will, and test its effectiveness regularly.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, always turn off the power and allow it to chill down completely.
• If not used for a long time, please empty the medium in the tank and store the equipment in a drying environment.
